Unlike many traditional rent-to-own programs, this option is offered through established lender partners, not private sellers or one-off agreements. That means clearer terms, professional oversight, and a defined path toward mortgage qualification.

A downpayment of 3-5% is required to participate in the Rent to Own program.

Each case is assessed independently. In some circumstances, it is possible that a downpayment higher than 5% is required.

This program is ideal for those who:

• Have steady income but need time to strengthen their credit

• Have manageable debt

• Are self-employed

• Have at least 3-5% available for a down payment

• Want to live in the home they'll one day own

• Are waiting for permanent resident status

• Parents and other family members looking to support their children with the home buying process

Most homes are eligible for the rent-to-own program. This program is available for residential homes and condos. The home must meet the lender's criteria for value, location, and marketability. This program is not available for mobile/modular homes, preconstruction properties, commercial properties, inhabitable homes, or vacant land.

The Rent to Own program is typically 3-5 years.

The lender owns it while you lease it. You're the future buyer.

Upon successful completion of the program, the title of the house is transferred to you.

You'll work closely with our lending partners throughout the term to ensure you're on track. They'll help you adjust as needed to reach your goal.

Our lender-partner rent-to-own program allows you to live in the home while building equity, make renovations, or even lease it out during the rent-to-own period.
